Prepared a formal complaint to the Commission of the European Union for infraction proceedings against the UK Government for not implementing the Waste Incineration Directive & Industrial Emission Directive requirements for small waste oil burners. Subsequently brought a judicial review High Court claim against the Secretary of State for the Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for not implementing the Industrial Emissions Directive requirements for small waste oil burners in England & Wales that resulted in the revision of government guidance.
